How to set up an Account

1. When the link is open click on My Account in the top left corner of your screen.

2. Then Click Create Account,

3. Fill out your details accurately and then click Create new Account at the bottom of the page.

4. Upon registering you will receive an email requesting Photo Id and your Current Bank Statements via email to legitimise who you are and for proof of funds etc and the last 4 digits of your payment card.

We will then undertake relevant Gamstop and financial checks to ensure you are eligible to have an account. Up until receiving confirmation from us direct, your account won’t be active. If you fail these checks your account will not become active.

What is the Betting App?

Our new Betting App is a way to have bets on your phone anywhere. The way to deposit money is via a phone call with us on 01733 348118 via debit card or come into a branch to pay into your app account via cash or debit card by quoting your account number provided at sign up.

You can only bet on Horse racing, Dog racing and Football within our app. Currently our app is displaying our live prices for English & Irish horse racing from 10.30am daily. We also display prices for all major football events and some greyhound meetings.

How to use it

Upon acceptance of your account, you will be ready to deposit. If you are successfully accepted to have an account with us, please call us to deposit funds or come into a branch and deposit. You can set gambling limits on your spending by letting us know via Phone, Email or in person, quoting your generated account number. Please note that if you do deposit to your S & D Bookmakers app account you will be able find our player protection tab which has deposit limits, loss limits and time outs which you can activate accordingly.

Click on My Bets or the main page where it shows you the Horse Racing meeting and race times, click on the time of the race to take you through to the prices. By clicking on ‘sp’ or the price, you will then start the bet selection process. Please complete this process to successfully place a bet.

*Please note that once deposits have been made via cash all returns made via that deposit will have to be paid back in cash and not withdrawn to a debit card. *
